We keep things simple, transparent, and as low‑stress as possible — just like lighting a candle should be.

How long does my order take to ship?

All candles are hand‑poured in small batches. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During launches or sales, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates 

We use flat‑rate shipping at checkout so there are no surprises. Rates are calculated to safely ship glass candles without inflating costs.

Packaging 

Your candle will arrive carefully packed to protect the thrifted glass vessel inside. If something arrives damaged, please see the returns section below.

Returns & Exchanges

Because candles are hand‑poured and personal‑use items, we are unable to accept returns for used or burned candles.

That said — if something isn’t right, we want to fix it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund.

Changed Your Mind?

Unburned candles may be eligible for return on a case‑by‑case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
